Terms of Use

1. Provider and scope

Trackstream is operated by Tanja Ramseger, trading as T&R Media. These terms describe use of Trackstream smartlinks, analytics and campaign management features. Provider contact details are available in the Legal Notice. Separately agreed service contracts remain applicable.

2. Trackstream services

Trackstream provides links to music and other destinations, records link interactions and offers authorised users tools to prepare advertising campaigns and view performance reports. Available features depend on the access granted to the user and the availability of connected services. Access to restricted features requires authorisation from the operator.

3. Accounts and authorised use

You may connect or manage only accounts, businesses, advertising accounts, Pages and other assets that you own or are authorised to use. Keep your access credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not circumvent access controls, interfere with the service or use Trackstream for unlawful activity.

4. Content and rights

You remain responsible for the content, links, images, music and advertising materials you provide and for obtaining the rights necessary to use them. You retain ownership of your content. You authorise Trackstream to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the features you use, including submitting advertising materials to a connected platform when you instruct us to do so.

5. Meta connections and advertising

Connecting Meta grants Trackstream access within the permissions you approve. Campaign features use the selected advertising account and campaign-specific assets. Before publishing, review your campaign settings, destinations, budget, Facebook Page, linked Instagram account and Pixel or dataset.

Publishing advertising may incur charges from Meta under your agreement with Meta. Saving a Trackstream draft does not itself publish an advertisement. Disconnecting Meta from Trackstream does not automatically stop or delete campaigns already published on Meta; manage those campaigns in Meta if further changes are required.

Meta determines advertising approval, delivery and platform availability under its own terms and policies. Trackstream does not guarantee approval, impressions, conversions, streams, sales or revenue. Reports may differ between platforms because of attribution rules, reporting delays and measurement methods.

6. Privacy and data deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on the Data Deletion page. These terms do not replace consent where consent is required. When using advertising or measurement features, you are responsible for the permissions, notices and consents required for your own activities.

Optional release email collection

Email collection is optional and disabled by default. If you enable it, Trackstream provides the signup form, storage and CSV export on your behalf. Trackstream sends a confirmation email to verify the submitted address. Confirmed signup status and cancellation are managed per release. No newsletter subscription is created.

You are responsible for identifying yourself to subscribers, the lawfulness of your collection and use, the required privacy information, proof and scope of consent, handling withdrawals and deletion requests, and any later email delivery through services you choose. Consent to one release notification does not authorise unrelated newsletters. Exports distinguish confirmed from unverified addresses and exclude cancelled signups. Unverified addresses must not receive the release notification. Keep exports secure and delete data when it is no longer needed. Trackstream's own statutory duties remain unaffected.

7. Availability and restricted access

Maintenance, technical faults and changes to external platforms may affect availability. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Any restriction should be proportionate to the issue; where practicable, we will explain it and provide a way to resolve it. Rights under a separate service contract remain unaffected.

8. Charges and statutory rights

Any fees for Trackstream services require a separate agreement. These terms do not create a subscription or payment obligation merely by visiting a smartlink. Statutory rights, including applicable consumer rights, and liability under applicable law remain unaffected.

9. Changes and contact

The date above identifies this version. Publication of revised terms does not by itself amend an existing contract; any contractual change is subject to the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
