Delete your account

What is deleted?

Your account, sign-in sessions, email verification and password reset tokens, Smartlinks, link analytics and media records are deleted. Public Smartlinks stop working. Uploaded artwork, video and audio are removed automatically, with retries if storage is temporarily unavailable.

Permanent deletion

This action cannot be undone through Trackstream. A temporary technical cleanup record is kept while media removal and follow-up checks run; it contains no email address or profile information.

Backup retention

After account deletion, copies of your data may remain in backups for up to 30 days before expiring automatically. These copies are kept for recovery purposes and are not used in the active service.

Uploaded files

Artwork, audio and video are removed from the customer media store automatically. No bucket lock is configured to prevent deletion. Temporary storage errors are retried automatically; the database recovery period above is not a retention period for uploaded files.
