Trackstream is a marketing and smartlink platform developed and operated by T&R Media.
Data we process
When users visit Trackstream smartlinks, technical and usage information may be processed, including IP-derived location information, device and browser information, referrer data, timestamps, page views, clicks and campaign attribution data.
Advertising and Meta services
Trackstream may use Meta advertising technologies, including the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API and Meta Marketing API, to measure advertising performance, create and manage advertising campaigns and attribute visits and clicks to campaigns.
Where applicable, event data may be transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited or other Meta entities in accordance with Meta's applicable terms and data processing conditions.
Purpose of processing
Data is processed for campaign measurement, attribution, fraud and bot filtering, performance analysis, technical operation of smartlinks and management of advertising campaigns.
Cookies and similar technologies
Trackstream may use cookies, pixels or similar technologies where required for analytics, attribution or advertising functionality. Where legally required, such technologies are used only after the necessary consent has been obtained.
Data retention
Personal and technical data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations, security and fraud prevention.
Data sharing
Data may be shared with service providers required to operate Trackstream, including hosting, infrastructure, analytics and advertising providers. Data is not sold to third parties.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability.

Optional release notifications
If you sign up for a release notification, Trackstream sends a confirmation email on behalf of the artist or label. Only after you confirm your address can you receive the one-time notification for that release. This is not a newsletter subscription. We store your address, the release, your consent text and version, signup and confirmation times, and cancellation status. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours or when the release becomes available.
You can withdraw your consent before delivery using the cancellation link in your confirmation email, without an account or password. Keep that email. Cancelled signups are excluded from future release delivery and customer exports. For help, contact datenschutz@trackstream.link and identify the release. The artist or label can export active signups and is responsible for handling any previously exported copies when consent is withdrawn. Deleting the Smartlink or account also deletes its signups held in Trackstream.
